Hi, I’m Lindsey!

My passion is to help people reach their personal fitness goals. I call my gym 180 Fitness: Because it doesn't matter what path you've gone down, it is never too late to turn it around.

I also have online workouts to coach people.

I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Sports Science. I have certifications in kettle bell, group and personal fitness instruction, and barre, and I spent a couple of years studying under a great martial arts/boxing instructor. So you can bet on the fact that I will be able to pull together a program just for you.

And, personally, I am excited to be working on my hormones with other professionals in the field. There are a few members in my gym who are going through the same thing, and the best we can do is to support each other and share all the beneficial information we can get. I am excited for the next chapter of my health journey to share with my clients.
